MIA, which means "mine" in Spanish, is a new surgical method for optimising the breasts and décolleté. Femtech" stands for "Female Technology", a technology that is adapted to the health needs and wishes of women.

Unlike conventional breast augmentation procedures, Mia Femtech^™ aims to shape the breast in a natural, discreet and proportionally aesthetic way.

With just a tiny incision and significantly smaller and shape-optimised implants, the breast can be naturally optimised by 1 - 2 cup sizes.

With Mia Femtech™, there is only a 3 - 4 cm long scar in the armpit area. This is located in the axillary fold. It is therefore usually not visible.

In contrast to conventional breast augmentation, the Mia Femtech^™ technique, the implant is placed over the muscle. The tissue is only gently pre-stretched. Important external structures remain intact.

Therefore, it offers a high level of safety. The procedure is also much less painful and gentler on the body.

Painkillers are not usually necessary. If you are very sensitive, we recommend taking a mild painkiller such as ibuprofen for 1-2 days in individual cases.

In order to achieve optimal results and avoid possible complications, you should consider a few points before the treatment.

Please note:

1. Shave your armpits or underarms thoroughly before the procedure.
2. Appear sober, regardless of whether the procedure takes place in the morning or afternoon. You should also refrain from smoking, chewing gum and sweets.
3. Do not drink anything at least three hours before your procedure. Before that, you should only drink water (max. 100 ml) and only in sips.
4. Remove your make-up completely before the procedure.
5. Avoid using perfume and/or deodorant before the procedure. Fragrances can cause allergic reactions.
6. Do not use any cream or body lotion on the areas to be treated before the procedure.
7. Ask your doctor for further medical recommendations that are specifically tailored to your individual needs.
   Additional instructions may be useful to minimise the risk and achieve optimum results.

After the procedure, patients receive a special kit containing a sports bra that should be worn for approx. 4 - 6 weeks. This set also contains a kimono to wear at home and all the important documents relating to the implant.

The procedure only takes around 30 minutes, and the entire hospital stay only lasts around 90 minutes. Patients can listen to their music via headphones and relax during the operation.

The costs are always individualised. Therefore, we can only give you the exact costs after a preliminary examination.

Yes, implants that were inserted during the mia^® Experience does not interfere with accurate breast scans performed by mammography or breast imaging and has no influence on the results obtained.

With Mia^® Experience, the implants are placed behind the mammary gland. There are therefore no direct risks associated with breastfeeding after breast harmonisation with Mia^®. However, please remember that the ability to breastfeed depends on other factors and you should always consult your doctor.

In fact, the implants that are lifted during the mia^® Experience are different from all others on the market. Using an innovative technology, these implants are made of silicone and have a diamond shape to achieve maximum projection with minimal volume. Mia^® Experience allows you to enlarge your breasts by one to two cup sizes.
